The winner is the first player to return to the hexagonal hub and correctly answer a question in a category chosen by the other players;

Before attempting a game winning question, a player must land in 6 category headquarters, answer a question correctly and be awarded a slice of cake to insert into your playing token.

This is a master game and is a complete stand alone game.
Additional question packs are produced to expand these master sets. It can be joined with other master sets for combined questions. The code card has a ready reference to colour codes for other categories across a range of master sets, including;
- original Genus edition, dark blue
- family edition, older players dark blue/turquoise, younger players yellow/cream
- young players edition, light blue
