This is a 3D game of buying and building properties located on various streets, avenues and thoroughfares in 15 cities in the US .
Players build skyscrapers, shopping malls and gas stations from New York City to Los Angeles, as they become commercial real estate tycoons and develop money-management and entrepreneurial skills on their way to creating a financial empire.

Triopoly is designed to allow players to play single level / two level or three level versions.

The single level game uses the large outer board only.
The two level game is recommended for games involving 2, 3 or 4 players and uses two tiers.

The three level game is recommended for 4 to 8 players and uses 3 tiers set on top of each other

A certificate representing ownership of this inaugural edition of the game is included, signed by Jeffrey Berndt the creator and designers Chris Hornbaker and Jeremy Parish.

This is a very exciting game with beautifully detailed metal playing pieces.
