Diplomatic bags are hidden in cities. Most contain valuable state secrets but a few are bombs. You know where your own 4 bags are hidden and what each contains. You also know the location of the other players' bags, but not what they contain.

Start out from a secret base in one corner of the world, travel through cities to reach an opponent’s  home base in an opposite corner of the board. On the way, pick up your own and opponents’ bags. If an enemy agent is already in a city when you arrive, there is an immediate showdown. It’s only when you finally hand over your document case to your HQ that you find out what’s inside. To win the game, be the first to bring 10 secrets to HQ. At least one of the first 3 bags must belong to an enemy.
