Blue force occupies and controls from the eastern side of North America to Western Europe with 7 strategic towns behind a heavy blue line. The red force controls the remainder and has 7 strategic towns behind a heavy red line.
Principal towns are marked with green circles and connected with green lines, representing road and railways. Strategic towns marked in red or blue are garrisons where forces are initially positioned.
