Capture your opponent's brain. An exercise in skill, strategy and tactics for two players. The game is best described as a simplified variation on chess.
Each player has 12 playing pieces; one brain, four numskulls and seven ninnys. The brain is like the king in chess, only able to move one square at a time and needing protection at all costs. The seven ninnys can also only move one square on each turn, similar to a pawn. The four numskulls can move any number of squares in a straight line, similar to the queen. The game play differs from chess in that the options available for direction of movement (diagonal, vertical or horizontal) are dictated by the arrows on each square of the game board. The ninnys and numskulls are used to capture your opponent’s pieces.
