This is the age of the superpower; in the eternal power struggle of world affairs, dominance of the 3rd world is vital.

Players lead a superpower and try to control the most volatile regions of the world by a blend of economic strength, armed force and diplomacy. Opposing them are world opinion, guerilla warfare and revolution. With the world as the prize, diplomacy can explode into bloodshed at any time. The player with most victory points, wins.

Pieces move round the board according to the dice and choose tactics. Victory Points are earned by holding 3rd world cards, economic influence pieces and world opinion cards.
