Usual rules of rugby apply for 7-a-side, rugby Union or rugby League. Score the most points from tries, conversions, drop kicks and penalties in the allotted time, to win.
Use the scrummer by dropping the ball into the top. It will exit from one of 4 exit points and allow one team to take possession.
Use the kicking wedge for drop goals, 25 yard drop outs and kicks.
Use the live action fullback kicker for kicking off, penalty kicks, and conversions.
