A family football game with a difference. Players represent team managers competing for League and cup honours. Play commences from the kick-off position. Winners and runners-up earn points. The manager with the most points after a predetermined time is the winner.
A photograph of Alan Ball (Everton and England) is featured on the box lid together with his quote "The best game I have ever played". Alan Ball was an Everton player between 1966 and 1971 and of course participated in England's World Cup win in 1966.

This edition was produced by ASL Pastimes (Birmingham rather than specifically Dudley) and was distributed by Confer Trading Co. Oldham, Lancashire. In later print runs, flexible card replaces the rigid board and the money design changes.
