Be the head of MI5, the CIA, KGB or Chinese secret service. Bring the sigma file home to win.
Key to the game is the continuing struggle for control of Agents. Players bid in secret, marked on their pay sheet, for each Agent, who will only work for the highest bidder.
Challenge a move to learn an opponent’s secret bid. The ultimate control of any Agent remains in doubt right to the end of the game.
