Rich uncle Pennybags owns the Daily Bugle and most of the town, and what he says goes. During the game, with or without his advice, the winner will be the first to make $10,000 grow to $50,000. For a longer game, the winning total could be increased to $100,000.

To set up the game, insert the stock board panel into the side of the box base, which then forms an upright display for arranging the stock cards. Rich uncle Moneybags bears a striking resemblance to Mr. Monopoly.
