New to this edition;
- a riderless horse; draw the relevant Really Nasty card and use it immediately after a faller card
- 1 dice replaces the 6 dice
- 2D colour plastic horses replace 3D colour plastic horses.
Players may deliberately try to lose
the race if they have bet on another horse. You may also play Really Nasty cards which can nobble your own or other horses. Other players do
not know until the end, which horse you have bet on. There are some very
good play options which make the gameplay more skillful than
other standard horseracing games.
The box base includes favourable
comments about the game written by critics from newspapers and specialist
racing magazines.
"Children of all ages wanted to play it at every available moment. This game brings together all the family values of bribery, shiftiness, bluffing, blackmail and double-crossing with lots of laughter and fun, a winner!" The Good Toy Guide
"A wickedly exciting board game...the nice thing about the game is you need no knowledge of horseracing to enjoy it" The Daily Mail.
