This is a classic European game of skill, cunning and strategy and can be played with 3 levels of difficulty.
Beginner; 18 geese can move in any direction, forward, back, sideward or diagonal.
Intermediate; 18 geese can move forward and sideward.
Expert; 16 geese can move forward, back and sideward.

The fox can move in any direction and like draughts, captures geese by jumping over them, in succession if possible. Fox wins if there are not enough geese left on the board to complete a trap.
The geese try to trap the fox. Geese win if the fox cannot move.

Originally a popular strategy game from the Viking period where typically players had different objectives and playing pieces.
