Throw the dice and use the letters to make a word to fit on a crossword pad. Words can be built up in stages with as few or as many of the letters provided. Crossword pad 1, is easier and has space for 10 words across the page. Crossword pad 2, is more difficult and has 8 horizontal and 8 vertical word spaces.

Crossword pads 3 and 4 are available as additional packs and provide frames for longer words and more intricate horizontal and vertical intersects. They offer a considerable test of players’ skill in building words and strategic use of greatest value letters at intersects. Other alternatives include solitaire play and junior crossword pads for younger children using simple 2, 3 or 4 letter words.
