Command the German Luftwaffe or the British Royal Air Force. The German commander chooses missions, moves air groups over Britain and makes bombing runs against vital targets. The British commander decides where and when to deploy the meagre fighter forces and, in the advanced game, picks how best to use factories to rebuild defences and the fighter squadrons.

A German player who completes enough successful bombing missions will win the game. The British player wins by destroying the striking power of the Luftwaffe or outlasting the German attacks.

The Battle of Britain game recreates that epic air battle of early WWII. From July through October 1940, the planes of Hitler’s Third Reich struck at embattled Great Britain. An excellent, detailed game of strategy with well designed game pieces. Not to be confused with Battle of Britain by HP Gibson, a completely diferent game.
