A farm development and trading game.
Players buy and sell farms; stock them with sheep, cattle and tractors, grow crops and sell their produce at market. Each completed turn around the board represents a farming year.
At the outset, players agree a time limit for the game or decide on how many farming years will be completed.
The richest player, wins.
On the first 3 sides of the board, players buy farms and stock them with animals. The 4th side of the board represents the market, where you discover how successful you are and collect profits from the bank.
Another major supplier of farming equipment (John Deere) sponsored and produced a similar game in 1978 called Agri-Cup.
Both games provide business insights into farming and are rare to find. |
